B"}],"hinweise":"<h3>Requirements:<\/h3>\r\nThe surface to be treated must be dry, clean, grease-free, and structurally sound according to its intended use. If necessary (foreign materials, old coatings), pre-treatment by shot blasting or sandblasting is mandatory.\r\nThe material temperature should be +20 \u00b0C, and the substrate temperature should be between +10 \u00b0C and +30 \u00b0C.\r\n<h3>Application:<\/h3>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Apply a 4 x 4 mm grid to the thoroughly cleaned surface using GRID ADHESIVE (approx. 0.7 - 0.9 kg\/m\u00b2), including masking if required.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Stir RESIST 2K Component A thoroughly. Completely mix Component B into Component A until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Apply the mixed RESIST 2K product in portions onto the substrate and spread it evenly using a\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vialit.at\/vialit-produkte\/gummischieber\/\">rubber squeegee<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Generously sprinkle with suitable grit material 0.5 - 2 mm (approx. 6 - 8 kg\/m\u00b2) and sweep off after the drying period.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>If required, apply a colored sealant with\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vialit.at\/vialit-produkte\/stradakol\/\">STRADAKOL<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The mixed RESIST 2K product must be applied quickly and fully utilized. Once mixed, it cannot be stored!<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All tools used must be cleaned with standard road construction cleaning agents before curing begins.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h3>Consumption:<\/h3>\r\nDepending on surface texture, approximately 2.2 - 2.5 kg\/m\u00b2, based on the total area.\r\n\r\nOur product instructions are general guidelines based on average values and do not apply to applications under special conditions or stresses.
