VIALIT DOSENASPHALT

Requirements:

The surface must be slightly damp and free from contaminants, dust, and grease. The processing temperature should be at least +20°C in summer and at least +10°C in spring and autumn.

Application:

1. Place the sand in a mixing container and then add the bitumen emulsion.
2. Thoroughly mix the sand and binder until homogeneous.
3. Quickly distribute and level the mixture using a rubber squeegee or trowel.
   Rapid processing is essential! The setting time of the material at 25°C is within minutes. The installed material does NOT need to be compacted.
4. Depending on weather conditions and layer thickness, the applied mixture is drivable after approximately half an hour and rain-resistant after at least 2 – 3 hours.
5. Thoroughly clean all used tools with water before the emulsion dries.

Consumption:

1 x Component A+B per 1 m² at an average installation thickness of 1 cm.
