RESIST 2K

Requirements:

The surface to be treated must be dry, clean, grease-free, and structurally sound according to its intended use. If necessary (foreign materials, old coatings), pre-treatment by shot blasting or sandblasting is mandatory.
The material temperature should be +20 °C, and the substrate temperature should be between +10 °C and +30 °C.

Application:

1. Apply a 4 x 4 mm grid to the thoroughly cleaned surface using GRID ADHESIVE (approx. 0.7 – 0.9 kg/m²), including masking if required.
2. Stir RESIST 2K Component A thoroughly. Completely mix Component B into Component A until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
3. Apply the mixed RESIST 2K product in portions onto the substrate and spread it evenly using a
   rubber squeegee.
4. Generously sprinkle with suitable grit material 0.5 – 2 mm (approx. 6 – 8 kg/m²) and sweep off after the drying period.
5. If required, apply a colored sealant with
   STRADAKOL.
6. The mixed RESIST 2K product must be applied quickly and fully utilized. Once mixed, it cannot be stored!
7. All tools used must be cleaned with standard road construction cleaning agents before curing begins.

Consumption:

Depending on surface texture, approximately 2.2 – 2.5 kg/m², based on the total area.
